繼上個(gè)月歸派國際村團(tuán)隊(duì)前往南京, 拜訪了賀福先生及賀福傳媒團(tuán)隊(duì)后，11月22日，同樣在為中外文化交流努力著的兩個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)再次相約于南京美麗的鄉(xiāng)村——旦里余，實(shí)地走訪南京國際村項(xiàng)目地，深入林間、小徑、房屋，就國際村的未來與落地進(jìn)行深入的交流，希望國際村真正可以成為一個(gè)人們遇見、分享世界的美好地方。

冬日陽光下的場地之行結(jié)束后，國際村團(tuán)隊(duì)與賀福傳媒一行來到項(xiàng)目投資方——南京江寧上坊建設(shè)開發(fā)有限公司（以下簡稱上坊建設(shè)），為接下來的具體合作揭開序幕。歸派希望可以通過國際村，真正以中外的交流來激發(fā)和孕育新的生活文化，構(gòu)建中西方人文深度融合的國際生活社區(qū)。
